Description
The role is a senior quantity surveying position responsible for cost estimating, budget forecasting, bills of quantities, tender documentation, contract administration, quantity take-offs, payment certification, variations, claims, dispute resolution, cost control, reporting, and commercial liaison. It requires a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or a related discipline, at least 10 years of quantity surveying experience, preferably on infrastructure or highway projects, knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost control, proficiency with cost management software and Microsoft Excel, and strong communication and organizational skills.
