Heidelberg Materials UK is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of the Nuclear Project's, based in Chipping Sodbury. The role leads quantity surveying across allocated contracts, administers NEC contracts and valuations, manages cost, revenue, and cash collection, supports procurement and subcontractor engagement, produces commercial reports and forecasts, ensures contract compliance, and conducts site visits. The position requires strong NEC contract administration experience, commercial awareness, financial reporting skills, independent working ability, safety and regulatory compliance, and willingness to travel to project sites.
