Description
The role validates installed quantities of steel, concrete, piping, equipment, and electrical systems against field progress claims, maintains detailed logs for cost control and earned-value analysis, documents variances, and supports reporting, billing, project controls, and construction teams. The position also promotes field safety, prepares stakeholder reports and presentations, troubleshoots quantity-measurement systems, and contributes to continuous improvement. It requires a university degree in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, extensive hands-on construction experience, and strong expertise in quantity validation, cost control, progress measurement, and data reporting.
