Description
The role validates installed quantities of steel, concrete, piping, equipment, and electrical systems against field progress claims and maintains detailed logs for cost control, earned value analysis, reporting, and billing. It coordinates with field supervision, project controls, and construction teams; supports quantity-measurement systems; prepares stakeholder reports; and promotes safety and continuous improvement in dynamic field environments. The position requires a university degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, extensive hands-on construction experience, and strong expertise in quantity validation, cost control, progress measurement, and earned value.
