The role covers estimating, planning, cost management, cost monitoring, financial reporting, value engineering, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, procurement, claims, investment analysis, and cost-model benchmarking. Candidates need a relevant tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or construction management, Australian working rights, and proficiency with Cost X; RICS or AIQS accreditation is highly regarded.
