Optimal Maintenance & Construction is hiring a full-time, permanent Estimator / Surveyor in London to prepare detailed quotations, assess project scope and costs, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, manage CRM quotation bookings, and support project delivery and client reporting. The role requires construction and refurbishment experience, commercial project-costing ability, strong communication and organisational skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft 365. The salary is £35,000–£40,000 basic plus bonus, with additional benefits including profit sharing, pension, annual leave, and career progression.
