Midplaza Holding is seeking a Quantity Surveyor focused on interior construction. The role involves reviewing project specifications and drawings, conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates and bills of quantities, managing project budgets, evaluating subcontractor quotes, supporting progress payments and variations, and advising project teams on cost-related matters. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least three years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior construction, knowledge of construction costs and methods, proficiency with quantity surveying software, CAD, and Microsoft Office, and strong analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
