HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead the quantity surveying team and manage cost aspects of major construction projects. The role oversees cost estimating, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, contract administration, negotiations, variations, claims, dispute resolution, measurement and valuation, payment applications, financial reporting, risk mitigation, compliance, and team development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field, at least 15 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying and contract management, and expertise in cost control, contract negotiation, and financial analysis.
