Egis is hiring a Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to manage commercial activities for developer-led construction projects from award through final account. The role covers cost monitoring, cashflow forecasting, variations and claims, monthly cost reporting, risk management, contractor and supplier negotiations, interim payments, valuations, and final accounts, while working with engineers, consultants, and site teams. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of quantity surveying or cost consultancy experience, Middle East experience, proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and fluency in English.
