The employer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Project Engineer for temporary full-time employment on an employee-leasing basis for a client. The role covers invoice and change-order review, performance analysis, procurement and award-process control, cost control, budget planning, payment schedules, tender documentation, and contractor coordination. Candidates need relevant technical or business education, several years of construction project experience, knowledge of procurement and public-contract law, and proficiency with MS Project and cost-estimation software such as Arriba or iTWO. The gross monthly salary is approximately €5,900, with mobile working possible by agreement up to 20% and benefits including social security, bonuses, and allowances.
