The Quantum Software Engineer will develop efficient, hardware-ready quantum software by implementing and optimizing quantum circuits, building tools for compilation, transpilation, and deployment, profiling circuit performance, and collaborating with research and hardware teams. The role requires an MS in a relevant field, strong software engineering and scientific computing skills, and hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and frameworks such as Qiskit, PennyLane, or Cirq. It is an on-site position in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with visa sponsorship, salary plus equity, health coverage, and relocation assistance.
