Infleqtion is hiring a Quantum Error Correction Specialist to develop, analyse, and implement fault-tolerant quantum architectures and custom error-correcting code decoders, with a primary focus on neutral atom quantum computing platforms. The role involves collaborating with hardware, control, compiler, and experimental physics teams to model noise, optimize syndrome extraction and decoding, translate QEC theory into practical protocols, and communicate results through publications and conferences.
