Oratomic is hiring a Theoretical Scientist to design, build, and operate fault-tolerant neutral-atom quantum computers. The role involves work across quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum architecture, with close integration with quantum hardware teams. A strong background in quantum error correction is desirable, and the position accepts candidates at all experience levels, including post-bachelor, master's, PhD, and beyond. Compensation is $200,000-$350,000 per year, with health and dental coverage, 401K, unlimited paid time off, paid family leave, visa sponsorship, and equity.
