GlobalFoundries is hiring a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff for its Quantum PDK Design Enablement (DMTS) role. The position develops, deploys, and maintains PDKs, device libraries, compact models, test chips, and EDA integration for quantum devices and cryogenic control and readout ICs. Responsibilities include parameter extraction, validation, automation, QA workflows, variability and reliability analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with device, process, integration, and EDA teams. The role requires a BS in a relevant field and 12+ years of semiconductor design enablement, PDK development, or EDA experience, with a preferred MS and an expected salary range of $166,500 to $290,000.
