Infleqtion is hiring an experimental physicist for a quantum computing role focused on designing, building, calibrating, and maintaining neutral-atom quantum computers, along with research and development on laser systems, quantum processing units, quantum gate protocols, mathematical modeling, and experimental software for production tuning. The position requires strong AMO physics expertise, Python programming for experiments, hands-on lab experience with lasers and UHV systems, and the ability to collaborate, mentor junior staff, and supervise interns in a fast-paced deep-tech environment.
