Description

GlobalFoundries is hiring an SMTS Technical Program Manager – GF Labs Strategic Projects to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across device engineering, process integration, advanced packaging, design enablement, and manufacturing. The role manages program milestones, governance, technical reviews, business cases, budgets, ROI, customer NRE, risks, and stakeholder communication, while also mentoring junior program managers and contributing to GF Labs technical community development.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline
MBA or formal training in finance or business management
Experience with emerging or non-traditional semiconductor platforms
