The Quantum Researcher will develop algorithmic and error-reduction tools for quantum computing, including mitigation and correction methods, optimized algorithms, and applications for partners and customers. The role involves adapting these tools to real quantum hardware, conducting proof-of-concept demonstrations, and researching quantum computing applications. Candidates need a PhD in quantum computing, physics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, strong programming skills preferably in Python, and excellent technical and scientific communication skills.
