QuEra Computing is looking for a theoretical physicist specializing in atomic, molecular, and optical (AMO) physics and quantum information science. This role involves developing detailed physics-based models for neutral-atom quantum computers, collaborating with experimental teams to refine models, defining technical requirements, and guiding experimental progress. The individual will also work with compiler, application, and QEC teams to align low-level control abstractions with algorithmic needs.
