The role also involves fault-tolerant quantum logic and algorithms, collaboration with academic and industry partners, and work with diverse experts. Required qualifications include a relevant PhD or equivalent experience, machine learning experience for scientific problems, quantum computing and error correction experience, a strong publication record, communication skills, and software skills. Preferred qualifications include error-correction simulation, hardware implementation, and high-performance software development. The approximate base salary is $130,400 to $211,900, with equity grants for new hires.
