Description
Infleqtion is hiring a quantum error correction researcher responsible for designing, optimizing, modeling, and implementing error-correcting codes and decoders for experimental gate-based quantum computing devices, especially neutral atom platforms. The role combines theoretical research, numerical simulation, scientific computing, noise mitigation, collaboration with experimental physicists and software engineers, publication, conference presentation, and guidance of team members. A PhD in a related field and preferably at least two years of postdoctoral or equivalent industry QEC experience are required or strongly preferred. The position pays $145,000–$170,000 annually and includes comprehensive company-paid insurance and other benefits.
