Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to support the integration of scalable superconducting quantum computing hardware. The role covers superconducting materials, Josephson Junction devices, low-loss wiring, resonators, cryogenic interfaces, BEOL modules, packaging, and manufacturable process flows. Responsibilities include developing integration flows, improving microwave and cryogenic structures, analyzing device and process data, executing design-of-experiments, and collaborating with device, process, metrology, packaging, reliability, design enablement, and cryogenic-test teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of semiconductor, device, materials, superconducting, or integration engineering experience, and approximately 10% travel. The expected salary range is $98,000 to $176,000.
