C12 is hiring a Qubit Control Scientist to design, calibrate, and optimize DC and microwave experiments in dilution cryostats, develop reproducible measurement and analysis workflows, improve spin-qubit device performance, collaborate with theory and software teams, and contribute to automation and scaling toward a fault-tolerant quantum processing unit. The role requires a PhD or substantial research experience, hands-on quantum-experiment experience, instrumentation or automation expertise, fluent Python, strong scientific communication, mentoring experience, and experience in a similar domain. It is based in C12’s Paris laboratory and offers a yearly base salary of 66,000 to 78,000 euros.
