Description
The Queens of Fairies will lead fairy courts and communities, protect enchanted environments and traditions, represent the realms diplomatically, develop alliances with other magical peoples, resolve disputes, oversee court advisers and guardians, and preside over rituals and cultural events. The role requires leadership experience in a royal, civic, community, or fantasy-world setting, knowledge of fairy culture and natural environments, strong diplomacy and negotiation skills, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and willingness to travel and respond to urgent matters.
