Zaimler is hiring a software engineer to extend and maintain its graph-native query engine, which includes an internal storage and indexing layer and a pass-through layer querying live data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks. The role focuses on the engine’s coordinator, compiler, and executor, extending language and function support, and building cross-source query capabilities. Candidates should have strong database fundamentals, production-scale systems experience, and a background in operating systems, file systems, distributed systems, or database internals.
