DHL Express is hiring a full-time Query Handling Executive in Ngau Tau Kok, Hong Kong, to handle finance-related customer queries through a hotline, including incoming calls and emails, outbound follow-ups, internal billing coordination, complaint resolution, and analysis of repetitive queries. The role requires a diploma or higher, preferably in accounting, finance, or business, at least two years of customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in English and Chinese. Knowledge of PowerApp, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI is advantageous.
