Coupang Eats is hiring an internal Quick Commerce Operations Analyst to support the team’s business operations by managing schedules and project progress, preparing meeting materials and reports, coordinating with Product, Operations, and Logistics teams, and managing product, inventory, and order data. The role involves extracting and analyzing business and operational data, identifying issues, and improving recurring operational processes. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent capability, basic Excel or Google Sheets data management, strong attention to detail, cross-functional communication, and a willingness to learn are required; SQL, commerce or e-commerce experience, and data-driven process improvement are preferred. The position is full-time with a 12-week probation period.
