Description
The Product Development Manager will translate commercial briefs into tangible products by co-creating product briefs, negotiating with factories, steering production, curating samples, and overseeing delivery and logistics. The role is responsible for achieving a 14-day production turnaround and contributing to topline sales, product-drop delivery, and margin performance. It requires extensive experience in product development and production, strong supplier negotiation and relationship-management skills, and deep knowledge of garment manufacturing, sourcing, and supply-chain logistics.
