Description
ACME Industries is hiring a Quotation Engineer / Estimator to develop accurate cost and time estimates for precision-machined parts across aerospace, defense, industrial, and other markets. The role reviews RFQs, drawings, CAD models, and technical requirements; assesses manufacturability, risk, and competitive positioning; prepares formal quotations; collaborates with engineering, quality, procurement, and operations; and helps improve quoting systems through ERP/MRP integration, AI/ML tools, and lean process improvements. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of precision machining experience, CNC and CAD/CAM proficiency, and U.S. person status in an ITAR-regulated environment. The position offers a $110,000 annual salary, an EBITDA- and goal-based bonus, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
