Description
The Quotation Preparation Associate will prepare quotations and cost estimates for construction projects involving façade systems, aluminum and PVC joinery, and other commercial and residential construction solutions. The role analyzes project documentation, material consumption, labor time, supplier quotations, market prices, and competitors’ offers, while collaborating with sales, procurement, project delivery, and field teams. The position requires higher or post-secondary technical education and experience in technical preparation, quotation preparation, cost estimating, cost analysis, supplier work, and construction project delivery.
