Description
The Engineering Manager reports directly to the Engineering Manager and is mainly responsible for quoting, researching tooling and equipment, entering BOMs into kNet, maintaining assigned goals, and supporting department KPIs. The role also involves understanding the product, designing and reviewing manufacturing procedures and equipment, applying automation techniques, testing systems, planning factory layouts, and balancing production lines. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering with six months of manufacturing experience, or a technical-field degree with four years of cable-harness manufacturing experience, along with Microsoft Office, CAD, and English proficiency.
