Description
IPG is hiring a salaried-exempt R&D Chemist to lead new product development for packaging and protective solutions. The role identifies customer needs, designs and develops products in laboratory and pilot facilities, translates designs into commercially viable processes, supports product commercialization and customer acceptance, and travels approximately 25% to plants, headquarters, and customer or supplier locations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, 2–4 years of R&D experience, project leadership, statistical analysis knowledge, and strong communication skills.
