Description
The R&D Co-Op is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position for an undergraduate student pursuing Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable scientific degree. The role trains students as coatings chemists, working on metal, concrete, decorative, and high-performance coating products; creating sample batches, conducting performance testing, documenting and interpreting results, and supporting production scale-up and batch adjustments. The position pays $25.00 per hour and provides housing at UW Parkside - Pike Rive Suites.
