ABB is hiring an R&D Engineer – System 800xA & Quality Control System (QCS) for its Process Industries Digital Organization in Bangalore, India. The role focuses on validating, testing, and supporting ABB System 800xA and QCS solutions for the pulp and paper industry, including functional, integration, regression, system, cybersecurity, and end-to-end testing; DCS and industrial automation validation; defect lifecycle management; release readiness; test automation; and Agile collaboration. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 5–10 years of software testing or validation experience in industrial automation, with hands-on experience in ABB automation products. The work model is hybrid.
