Hologic is hiring an R&D Engineer, Sustaining to support the lifecycle management of medical devices. The role covers product improvements, design changes, technical investigations, verification testing, documentation updates, root cause analysis, reliability and compliance improvements, and cross-functional project management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least two years of medical-device or highly regulated engineering experience, CAD and prototyping skills, and experience with released-product sustaining activities. The annualized base salary range is $78,000 to $122,100, with bonus eligibility.
