Hologic is hiring a Senior Product Development Engineer to lead biomedical and medical device product development from concept through production. The role provides technical leadership, manages subsystems and project plans, mentors engineers, resolves complex technical problems, prepares engineering documentation, and applies risk management and manufacturing expertise. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering or a related field, research and development experience in the medical device industry, and 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a master’s degree. The role offers an annualized base salary of $97,600 to $152,700 and is bonus eligible.
