Hologic is hiring a GSS R&D Engineer 3, a senior product development engineer for its R&D Surgical Division. The role leads small- to medium-sized medical device projects, owns subsystems, manages deliverables, supports build and manufacturing transfer, develops improved processes and products, and mentors junior engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering or a related field, research and development experience in the medical device industry, and 5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years with a master’s degree. The annualized base salary range is $97,600 to $152,700, with bonus eligibility.
