Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Hardware Engineer in Rehovot, Israel, to design and develop hardware modules that control, manipulate, and eliminate particle contamination in next-generation semiconductor inspection tools. The role involves root-cause investigation of contamination events, embedding contamination controls in products, establishing clean-tool best practices, and collaborating with customers and vendors. Candidates need an MSc or PhD in a relevant engineering or science field, preferably semiconductor equipment experience, and hands-on experience with particle behavior, contamination metrology, or cleanliness.
