Dispelix is hiring a full-time R&D Engineer in Joensuu to execute and plan R&D-related manufacturing tasks for see-through AR optical waveguides, primarily in a cleanroom. The role involves manufacturing novel waveguides, participating in customer projects, developing manufacturing processes, solving technical challenges, collaborating with internal teams, and reporting work. Candidates need experience in micro- and nanofabrication and cleanroom work, along with strong English communication skills; experience with characterization and fabrication tools, micro- and nanophotonics, and sensitive-sample handling is beneficial.
