Pathway is seeking 1 or 2 R&D Engineers with a strong background in machine learning models research to join their team. This is an ambitious foundational project focused on developing a post-transformer model that adapts and thinks like humans. The role involves performing distributed model training, improving model architectures, designing experiments, and potentially overseeing data preparation.
