ThermalWorks is hiring a full-time R&D Engineer to design, prototype, test, and validate cooling products and improvements, including chillers, CDUs, and supporting systems. The role involves refrigeration circuits, hydronics, controls, thermal and system calculations, component selection, test-data analysis, design-for-manufacturability support, and documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and at least five years of engineering experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling product development. The position is remote in the United States with 25% travel to test facilities and company locations.
