Description
The company is hiring an R&D Engineer to support new product development and the maintenance and continuous improvement of products in series production. The role involves mechanical product design and modeling, FEA simulations, Design for Manufacturing, risk analysis and de-risking, technical leadership, project planning, documentation, design and technical reviews, change requests, remediation, investigations, and cross-functional coordination in a regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical-device environment. The position requires an engineering degree, 8–10 years of relevant experience, professional English communication, and strong analytical, organizational, teaching, and problem-solving abilities.
