Description
Accora is hiring an R&D Engineer – Fabrication / Prototype Development in Orwell, Cambridge, to join its R&D team and build, modify, test, and improve bespoke medical-equipment prototypes and new products. The role involves welding, cutting, forming, assembling, interpreting engineering drawings, solving practical engineering problems, and supporting products through development toward manufacture. Candidates must be fabricators by trade, ideally apprentice trained, with strong fabrication and welding experience, experience with bespoke or low-volume products, and the ability to turn designs into finished builds; prototype or product development experience is advantageous.
