Mangrove Lithium is hiring a full-time R&D Engineer – Pilot Plant to support the development, testing, and scale-up of proprietary electrochemical technology. The role involves operating and troubleshooting pilot-scale electrochemical systems, executing test campaigns, analyzing experimental data, characterizing components, optimizing electrolyzer performance, and supporting process engineering, instrumentation, automation, and commissioning activities. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least three years of R&D pilot-plant or process-development experience, electrochemical and process-engineering knowledge, and registration or the ability to become registered with Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
