Description
Rocket Lab is hiring an R&D Engineering Intern to support the development of a process for depositing a phase-change material that can change the temperature of a solar array. The intern will work with mentors and other employees on array performance, survivability, manufacturability, and silicon-array qualification for constellations and other programs. The role requires enrollment in an engineering, physics, or mathematics degree program, a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and at least three months of applied engineering experience. It is a full-time, on-site position beginning January, February, or March 2027, with compensation of $20.00 USD per hour.
