Description
The R&D Lab Technician performs electrical and mechanical testing of motors and related products, sets up and maintains laboratory test equipment, conducts wiring and motor assembly work, documents test procedures and results, and supports compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The role is onsite and requires a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of directly related experience, including laboratory or electrical technical experience.
