Description
IPG is hiring an R&D Engineering Manager to lead the development, transition, and integration of new technologies and process platforms from research and development into production. The role provides engineering and people leadership to the R&D process team, manages technology pipelines and vendor relationships, drives proof-of-concept testing, and applies design of experiments, statistics, advanced analytics, project management, and technical documentation practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field, at least 10 years of engineering experience, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
