Description
The R&D Engineering Manager leads engineering resources and processes, drives continuous quality improvement, develops and manages engineering talent, sets departmental goals, mentors experts, improves operational efficiency, and monitors performance against budgets and KPIs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering, at least six years of engineering experience, and at least two years of management or leadership experience. It is primarily an office-based role with 75% of the work in a climate-controlled cubicle environment and 25% on a loud, air-conditioned assembly floor, with occasional domestic and international travel.
