Synopsys is hiring an Embedded Memory IP Engineer to design and optimize SRAM, ROM, and register-file circuits for advanced process nodes. The role leads bitcell development, coordinates with layout and compiler teams, analyzes silicon data for yield and reliability, and mentors junior engineers. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or electronics engineering, at least two years of embedded CMOS memory design experience, expertise in SRAM bitcell design and simulation, and scripting skills in C-Shell and Perl. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
