Synopsys is hiring a R&D Staff Engineer in Bengaluru to design, develop, and enhance logic synthesis features and automation flows for EDA tools. The role owns synthesis capabilities, debugs end-to-end flows, resolves timing and flow-integration issues, collaborates with product and engineering teams, and contributes to testing, documentation, and mentoring. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, 4–6 years of EDA, CAD automation, or system-level software experience, strong C/C++ and scripting skills, and hands-on EDA flow expertise.
