Description
Synopsys is hiring an R&D Automation Engineer to build software tools, AI-assisted solutions, APIs, services, and workflow orchestration systems that automate repetitive VLSI, EDA, and physical-design tasks. The role partners with CAD, physical-design, and verification engineers; evaluates LLMs and agent-based systems; and moves proof-of-concept applications into production. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of software development experience in automation, CAD, EDA, or related engineering domains, strong programming and software-architecture skills, and experience with AI technologies and workflow automation.
